What is bakuchiol?

Bakuchiol is a vegan alternative to retinol. It appears to mimic the anti-aging benefits of Vitamin A without the negative side effects. It is derived from the babchi plant that has been used for millennia in Ayurvedic, Chinese and Tamil healing traditions.
