“When I received my official diagnosis of rosacea, back in 2005, my dermatologist advised me of a choice between two facial cleansers: Cetaphil or regular Dove soap.  I tried this cleanser for more than a week, and each time I used it, I used it as a rinse-off cleanser either in the shower or at the sink, although you can use it like you would use a cold cream, applying it and wiping it off with a moistened cotton pad.  I found that a little bit, about the size of a quarter, goes a long way in getting my face clean.
