PEG-50 Shea Butter is a modified form of Butyrospermum Parkii (aka Shea Butter) which has an amount of ethylene oxide averaging 50 moles. It is a liquid with a very mild smell that works to improve foam and moisture in cosmetic products. It is a water-soluble emollient that adds the luxurious elements of shea butter to many formulations. It is a light yellow liquid with the ability to be used to create bath fizzes without the need for Polysorbate 80.
