Business Questions

What are your hours of operation?

Our front office is open Monday through Fridays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time. If you call before or after that time frame you’ll be dropped into the dreaded voicemail queue. But don’t worry, our front office personnel check it every day.

However, regular operations (manufacturing, etc.) in our facility often occur between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time any day of the week – and sometimes runs later (or earlier) – depending on production needs and/or order volume. However, warehouse access outside front office hours is restricted to authorized personnel or by appointment only. So don’t try to pick up an order at our loading dock or such – the warehouse personnel will simply be confused.

Where are you located?

Reviva Labs began in Stephen and Judith’s first home in New Jersey. In the 1980s, they expanded by purchasing a facility in Haddonfield, New Jersey, where they operated until June 17, 2024. On that date, Reviva Labs was acquired by Sendayco LLC, and shortly after, operations were consolidated in Dayton, Ohio.

Reviva Labs, Inc. was founded in 1973 by Stephen and Judith Strassler. You can read all about our story. On June 17, 2024 Reviva Labs was acquired by Sendayco, LLC, another family owned business, with the plan to grow Reviva Labs for the next 50 years.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges depend on many factors (i.e., where you live, type of shipping you choose, etc.). But we’ve done our best to negotiate favorable rates with major shipping carriers.
