An update on COVID-19 from the Reviva Labs team

In these challenging times we understand how vital it is to try to keep normalcy in our lives – the same goes for us. Our commitment to our consumers, retailers, and distributors remains as strong as ever.

All Reviva Labs offices and warehouses are open and will continue to follow respective local government, state or federal regulations. While most of our office staff now work remotely, they are all still available via their usual contact details with all phones, and email.

Our warehouse and manufacturing continues to operate under strict guidelines meant to ensure safety for our merchandise and personnel. Employees wear masks or face coverings, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray and wipes, and more are readily available to all personnel. We are following all CDC guidelines, practicing social distancing in our work environments as best possible, and we’ve scheduled daily cleaning and disinfecting of the facility three times per day.

However, as with most companies, due to delayed inbound shipments, enhanced safety precautions, and similar unexpected events, we have experienced a mild production slowdown during these challenging times. As such, it may take Reviva Labs a bit longer to process and ship orders. But we are attempting to fulfill and ship in as timely a manner as possible.
